Here I go! :)

I love crabapple trees and captured the early days of our two blooming.

I have contemplated starting a blog for some time. In fact, as you can see, I did start in June 2007. I have seen such fantastic blogs and been a bit intimidated since I did not start one when Charlie was born. After chatting with my friend Lucy this morning, I decided that I can start today and go on from there. So, I may be posting some "old pics" since I plan to have this for the boys to view in years to come.

I can't believe that it is the middle of August already! It seems as if this summer has flown by quickly!! I love to garden and have documented some of the changes of the season. Here are some to share.

I am a bit bummed that my sedum is starting to turn pink. This is always the first sign of fall approaching for me. Although I have come to appreciate fall much more as I get older and especially since I have children, I sure do love spring and summer!
